If I were the developer, and I'm not (nor affiliated), I would definitely entertain this idea on Trump Tower III...allowing speculators/end user contracts the 'option' of transferring to a premium 'similar/like kind' unit in Tower II or Trump Tower I at a "market value" discount. TRUMP TOWER III TRANSFER OPTION --> with the intention of leasing Tower III and providing bulk sale opportunities for investors. ***Note to Blog Readers on Transfer Idea*** This is NOT an option and only my thoughts/idea on making something work here!
